About the author
Klaus Maria Dechant ist gelernter Journalist und Kaufmann. Seine berufliche Laufbahn führte den Politikwissenschaftler 1992 erst als Redakteur nach Goslar und dann zum Süddeutschen Rundfunk (später SWR), wo er bis 2002 als Reporter und Moderator arbeitete. Heute arbeitet Dechant als Autor, Verleger, Hörbuchverleger und Sprecher. Dechant ist Mitglied des SYNDIKATS und dort auch Vorstand für Kommunikation.
