About this ebook

My fiancé left me at the altar.

But I take my honeymoon anyway--why waste the trip?

The eye candy in the suite next to me shows up at my door half-dressed looking for his dog.

But as I’m trying to find my words, his dog comes running down the hall. Eye candy winks at me and then disappears back into his room.

That night, the urge to bake Christmas cookies hits me hard even though the roads are a little slick, I drive down to the 24/7 supermarket and find all I need to satisfy my craving.

On the way back, my car slides on the ice instead of stopping at a red light and Eye Candy’s dog runs right in front of me. She manages to get out of the way, but Eye Candy does not.

I hit him, but at least he’s still alive.

He has a concussion, and I ruined his vacation.

Maybe cookies will help.

But the way his eyes rove over me when I deliver them tell me it’s not the cookies he wants.

Christmas and Commitment is the sixth book in the Omega Mu Alpha Brothers series. This time around it is Tristan and Sera's turn. Sera isn't as well-behaved as the other Dobermans have been and that is what propels this story along. Without Sera, Tristan might not have met Mia. He certainly wouldn't have had as many opportunities to spend time with her. Of course, Frankie had a hand in helping push them together, too. I'd love to see Frankie get his own story. He is a riot. Tristan and Mia have nothing in common. She's a homebody and Tristan travels the world. Mia doesn't do outdoor activities and he does. She is stuck in a rut and doesn't want anything to change while he is always looking for adventure. Somehow, they bring out the best in each other and make their relationship work. There were a few things I didn't like about the story. First, Mia wouldn't have been put on leave because of crimes committed by her boyfriend. She wasn't under investigation. Second, the set-up for Mia running away was too contrived, in my opinion. I can't say more without writing a spoiler, so I'll leave it at that. I have really enjoyed this series and urge you to read the entire collection. They are standalones but are more enjoyable if you read them all. I have enjoyed every book I've read that was written by the talented Kimberly Loth.
