तदनुरूप पाठ्य पुस्तक की आवश्यकता को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए यह पुस्तक प्रस्तुत की है, जिसमें कार्यालयीय हिंदी का स्वरूप, उद्देश्य एवं क्षेत्र, पारिभाषिक शब्दावली, कार्यालयीय हिंदी पत्राचार, प्रारूपण, टिप्पण, संक्षेपण, पल्‍लवन एवं प्रतिवेदन, हिंदी भाषा और कंप्यूटर का विकास क्रम, हिंदी भाषा में कंप्यूटर प्रौद्योगिकी, हिंदी भाषा और ई- शिक्षण तथा हिंदी कंप्यूटर टंकण एवं शॉर्ट हैंड, जैसे वर्तमान समय की आवश्यकता के अनुरूप विषयों को सरल और सुबोध भाषा में समझाने का प्रयास किया गया है। आशा है, पूर्व पुस्तकों की भाँति इस पुस्तक का भी शिक्षकों, विद्यार्थियों एवं अभिभावकों के मध्य स्वागत होगा।
