From as far back as she can remember Michelle Conder dreamed of being a writer. She penned the first chapter of a romance novel just out of high school, but it took much study, many (varied) jobs, one ultra-understanding husband and three gorgeous children before she finally sat down to turn that dream into a reality. Amanda was born into a large Irish-Italian family and raised in the leafy green suburbs of County Dublin, Ireland. After dabbling in a few different career paths, she finally found her calling as an author after winning an online writing competiton with her first finished novel. Her days are usually spent trying to find time to write in between the school runs and playing chef/ chauffeur and referee to four young children.

RITA Award-winner Anne McAllister was born in California and spent formative summer vacations on a small ranch in Colorado, where she developed her idea of "the perfect hero”, as well as a weakness for dark-haired, handsome lone-wolf type guys. She found one in the university library and they've now been sharing "happily ever afters" for over thirty years.
