Jake and Josh are twin baby brothers who are about to experience their first Christmas. However, their parents are worked up into a frenzy preparing for the holiday, and Josh blames himself. Josh has hydrocephalus, a condition that causes fluid to build up in the brain, and his care adds to his parents’ busy schedule. He wants to ease that burden, but how? Jake wants to help his brother feel better, so he comes up with a plan—cancel Christmas!
