About this ebook

I know of only one country that maintains a social and administrative system in which the most skilled, the most intelligent and the most prepared people are part of the public sector and management at all levels, and that is the People's Republic of China.

I fell in love with China a long time ago, when in the Capital Beijing there were still more bicycles than cars, and there was no subway or Beijing Olympic State.

China and I have always gotten along very well because China has taught me to be efficient.

All people, when they cultivate their intelligence well, can achieve anything, and I have learned that from the Chinese.

That united people that one day stood up against tyrannical impositions that undermined the evolution of their own history, is a people that deserves to be respected.

China is not a country that initiates any war or intends to dominate the world any more than its own self-sufficiency and survival allows.

Even the imagination of the most futuristic Chinese cannot conceive of what their country and society will be like in the next hundred years.

When in 2020 the world learned of the Chinese government's decision to adopt the electronic Yuan, many people did not understand that since the last decade the Chinese have gotten rid of the habit and use of cash, and with the proliferation of e-commerce society has virtually transformed, and the use of money has concentrated on electronic transactions.

E-commerce has changed the way China communicates with the world.

With a super industry focused on programmed expiration and export globalization, China's industrial development has also had its effect on the rest of the world, especially Africa and Latin America.

The phantom fear or fear of the phantom of socialism is already a well-known evil.

At the level of industrial and technological development, China has transformed many areas of technology for the advancement of its civilization and for the good of mankind, but this is sometimes not very much taken into account.

For it is precisely the lack of technology and industry that is the main constraint and brake on the development of the African continent.

China has helped African countries to rise from underdevelopment and neo-colonialism much more than any other region.

Therefore, to start criticizing fifty years of China-Africa cooperation in a negative way, without taking into account the abuses committed for centuries by colonization, is to have problems of sight and common sense, nothing more.

It is thought that China's influence in Africa is such that, it is always painted with doubts and negative comments but, nothing that strengthens and facilitates the development and freedom of the African continent is bad for Africa.

Thanks for Reading this lines.

As I have already said in some of my books, the mind is a quantum computer that processes the reality that we perceive; in this sense, humanity as a neurobiological organism is an almost infinite computer that creates the simulated reality that we call "life" and that in turn gives meaning to our "existence".
