Isaiah Homiletics Workbook

The Book of Isaiah Homiletics Workbook is for those who like an in depth study of the Scriptures. I have been in a yearly Bible study where the leadership were asked to complete homiletics on almost every weekly lesson. The depth, wisdom, understanding, time and knowledge God shared with me during this time of study made me want more of Him, more of His Word and more time in fellowship with other believers. Jesus used the Bible study that taught me homiletics to change my life and my way of studying the Scriptures. It taught me that there is more to studying and preparing for a lesson in God's Word than just a two minute prayer and maybe a ten minute study time with the Lord. Homiletics prepares the believer to actually take part in a pastor's sermon, to listen to a message and really hear and understand what is being taught. It also prepares one to teach lessons from Scripture always with the Lord leading. Since I came to know the grace(forgiveness of my sins) and mercy(removal of all guilt of my sin) of our Lord Jesus Christ, He has given me a passion to study His Word. As His children and believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, His Words are our very life and we are to incorporate them into our lives as our history books, our current "self-help," books and our future inheritance books. He has given me a passion to glorify Him in what I do, a desire to edify His people and to bring others to Christ by sharing His Truth. As mentioned above my desires for this book are for: 1) God to be Glorified, 2) His people edified, and 3) Others to come to the full knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
