The cool thing about this book: 1) use PlusCal instead of TLA+ to lower the learning curve. 2) provide some methodology to write protocol 3) PlusCal/TLA+ is good for prototyping before write a single line of code in golang/erlang. 4) Now you can test all distributed algorithms from academic book and run them in TLA
