About the author
Prof. Dr. Heinz Kleger ist Politikwissenschaftler und Philosoph und seit zehn Jahren Experte im Beteiligungsrat der Stadt Potsdam.
Dr. Ansgar Klein ist Privatdozent für Politikwissenschaften an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Gründungsgeschäftsführer des Bundesnetzwerks Bürgerschaftliches Engagement und Publizist.
