Trained as a sommelier at the University of Barcelona and since then, the world of wine has been my passion that has led me to explore and understand its many facets and to immerse myself in this fascinating culture. This book discusses everything you need to know to become a good sommelier, from wine tasting to wine pairing. In addition to writing, I love teaching others about the world of wine. I believe it is important to keep up with the latest trends and innovations in the wine industry, and I am always looking for ways to improve and learn more.
