David Holton is Emeritus Professor of Modern Greek at the University of Cambridge and Fellow of Selwyn College. Peter Mackridge is Emeritus Professor of Modern Greek at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of St Cross College. Irene Philippaki-Warburton is Emeritus Professor of Linguistics at Reading University.
