Not bad (simply lost traction for me over time... The female lead, Mia, started annoying me the more I read, e.g., a bit physically aggressive, punching her love interest in the face when she was displeased, etc).

would have given it 5 star if the ending wasn't so rushed. amazing story. well written but that ending... anti climax.

This book was a good mix of police procedural and science fiction. It had a futuristic setting featuring aliens alongside humans with a nice dash of romance. I liked learning Mia's history along with her as her powers are gradually revealed.
