Pradeep Mishra is a Management Graduate; he writes and lectures extensively on the flagship program “From Leader to Creator” covering subjects leadership, entrepreneurship, branding, management and governance. He served for almost ten years incorporates of India. All this while, he spent his spare time studying and writing on sacred stories, symbols and rituals and their impact on culture.

He has been associated with various spiritual groups. His short stay in Jammu and Kashmir got him close to Kashmir Shaivism. He is a religious scholar of various sects like ShaktaSampradaya, Vedanta and Nathsampradaya.
