關於本電子書

Food for Fitness is the bible for anyone who is serious about
their sport, health and fitness. This new edition has seen a complete

two major achievement awards in sports nutrition, she is also a regular
contributor to many health magazines, a seminar presenter and author of
a number of best-selling books.
