In facing any contractual problem, it is the practitioner's primary duty to discover all the relevant references and make a judgement, which is not possible until all references have been covered. This book identifies the main topics which a practitioner will encounter, giving all the references to each topic which may be scattered throughout the document and a one-line signpost to indicate the contents of each reference.
