Fable of Happiness: Book Three

WOW! I am in floods of tears after reading this third part of these books. I started off needing to know what happened to Gemma and Kaz in the end but halfway through the book I was starting to feel like it was flagging even towards the end I thought I've just got to finish this. And then I got to the epilogues, Kai's epilogue had me in floods of tears, ugly crying ! This has got to be one of the best series I have read in a long time. I can't wait to read more books by this writer and hopefully the fable of monsters if you got released

This is book three in The Fable of Happiness Trilogy and it completes Kas and Gemma's story and omg what an amazing ending to this incredible story. we pick up where book two left us with a open mouth cliff hanger and just when you thought Pepper Winters couldn't get any more Darker and Emotional she knocks you right down again with this book. The twists and turns just keep coming and you begin to wonder how it will all end especially after what Kas has been through but when you feel like darkness is taking you under along comes Gemma bringing the light yet again into Kas's life but as usual it is not plain sailing. I love how there relationship evolved and built into something so magical even through the darkest of times and omg there were quite a few of these but to keep on battling to come out of the other side stronger and have a love that will last a lifetime. He emotional journey that you sent on with Kas and Gemma at times broke you, made you cry, took you into the depths of hell but I still couldn't put this series down as it was so addictive and kept you on the edge of your seat throughout the whole trilogy and the depth of the story was a true masterpiece. Pepper Winters is an incredible author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and turning the pages of her books from start to finish and I definitely recommend you read them and you will definitely not be disappointed. The trilogy is over, and I have no idea what to do with my life now. This story is on a whole new level of dark romance. The way they expertly duet this book (in dual narration format) will leave you captivated and on the edge of your seat. The push and pull between Gemma and Kassen throughout the series was intense, as was the whole storyline in general. There were so many different emotions ranging from anger and violence to love, along with extremely emotional and gut-wrenching scenes of abuse, processing pain, and healing. Tor and Charley made you feel all this intensity in heart. This was storytelling at its best. Kas is such a tortured soul who’s endured far more than most could manage. Tor brilliantly portrayed him. Charley reflected Gemma’s kindness and selflessness so perfectly. You could feel the love Gem felt through Charley’s voice.
