El autor inicia con una correlación profunda y clara de como la carencia del concepto de verdad y autoridad del protestantismo fue fragmentando el dogma e influenciando a la modernidad. Sin embargo, la obra se diluye, pierde claridad y se contradice en la parte final, buscando amenizar ciertas críticas que realizó al inicio.
