Well wriiten but not for me. I did not like the story one bit. It was depressing and miserable. I couldn't stand Kate, the protagonist. She was really unlikeable. I skipped quite a few pages which I never usually do. I have, however given it 3 stars because I like to be fair and I am sure some people might like it although for me it was boring.

Brilliant page turner with substance. I was nervous, sad, anxious, intrigued while reading it so it gives you everything you want from a great domestic noir story. I look forward to reading more from this author.
