Loved the premise of the story. The main characters were likeable and well-developed. Loved the different facets of their personality. Its so good to be back at Lumberjack Lagoon. I love Elsies novella and the world she has created at this beautiful little lagoon. This story is no different and was a great read to reintroduce you to the lagoon either as a return visitor or someone new to the series. Ariel and Calebs story finds a new character Caleb Greenwood finding love with Ariel who is running away from her old life... Its a great read !!!!. Ariella is running from an ex, hoping to hide she bought a cabin. When she arrived, she did not expect it to be so run down. Caleb work in town and is taken by Ariella and soon offers to help her. When what was supposed to be a surprise turn into a misunderstanding, Ariella and Caleb soon have to find the truth. Great start to the series.
