Digital government is a new frontier of the development of electronic commerce. Electronic Government Strategies and Implementation is a timely piece to address the issues involved in strategically implementing digital government, which is a collection of high-quality papers that covers the various aspects of digital government strategic issues and implementations from the perspectives of both developed and developing countries. Most published articles and/or papers on eGovernment implementation strategies, if not all, are based upon experience of developed countries, rather than developing countries. Dr. Wayne W. Huang is Associate Professor at the Department of Management Information Systems, College of Business, Ohio University. He was a visiting scholar in University of Georgia, USA, and a faculty member in University of New South Wales, Australia and Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. His main research interests include Group Support Systems (GSS), electronic commerce, eEducation, knowledge management, and software engineering. He is on the Editorial Boards of Information & Management (I&M), International Journal of Global Information Management (JGIM), International Journal of Internet and Enterprise Management, and Journal of Data Management (JDM).

Kwok Kee Wei is Professor (Chair) at City University of Hong Kong in Information Systems. He has been published widely in the Information Systems field with more than 120 publications including articles in MIS Quarterly, Management Science, Information Systems Research, and European Journal of Information Systems. He is serving on the Series Editorial Advisory Board of Idea Group Publishing/Information Science Publishing and on the Editorial Boards of a good number of international journals including the IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management. He was the Senior Editor of Management Information Systems Quarterly (2000-2003). Professor Wei is currently the President of the Association of Information Systems (AIS). [Editor]
