Edward Aspinall is Professor of Political Science and Social Change at the Australian National University. Meredith L. Weiss is Professor of Political Science at the University at Albany, SUNY. Allen Hicken is Professor of Political Science at the University of Michigan. Paul D. Hutchcroft is Professor of Political Science and Social Change at the Australian National University.
