About the author

Mr. Kushwaha is a research fellow specializing in special education at Halim Muslim PG College, Kanpur, with over eight years of experience. He holds master's degrees in special education from Osmania University and political science from CSJM University. His research focuses on inclusive education and disability studies.

Mr. Yadav, a doctoral fellow at Major S.D. Singh University, Farrukhabad, has six years of experience in special education. He completed his M.A. in Sociology and advanced degrees in special education (visual impairment), presenting at various seminars and holding several patents.

Mr. Tripathi, a government teacher in Bihar, has over five years in higher education, with degrees from BHU in history and special education (visual impairment). He has attended and presented at numerous academic programs and conferences.

Mr. Mishra teaches as a guest faculty in special education at Shri P.K. Mehta College, Palanpur. He has a background in English and special education, with significant contributions to seminars and development programs.
