Acerca de este libro electrónico

“Happiness, and the pursuit of it, is the greatest trap of life. What we call happiness—momentary relief, fleeting joy, or a ‘feel-good’ sensation—is nothing more than an illusion.”

During a conference in Gurugram, Kanika, a student at Xavier College, asked questions about happiness. I responded that I do not seek happiness through conventional means like family, celebrations, awards, or achievements, as I see it as part of the same illusion. When she asked what I was searching for, I replied, “Life and death—the beginning and the end.”

My quest is to explore human existence, our origins, and the cycle of birth and death. My words left the audience reflective, momentarily awakening them from their unconscious drift—just as my book aims to awaken me from sleepwalking through life.
