About the author

Dušan Teodorovi? is Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia, and Professor Emeritus of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, USA. Dr. Teodorovi? received a Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Belgrade and has worldwide academic experience. His primary research interests are in operations research and computational intelligence applications in transportation engineering. Dr. Teodorovi? has been elected a member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
