Introduction

I wrote a book on healing yourself naturally named Healing Yourself with Fruit – Click here to download and this is the next part of the series. Here you are going to learn how to cure yourselves naturally with the help of vegetables which you can find very easily.

It is a well-known fact that in ancient times, people who were really ill were taken out of the city or from the tribe to a little Hermitage, on the outskirts of the area. They were then put in the hands of the wise men, of the land. These wise men were then given plenty of opportunity in order to experiment on their patients.

With the passing of years, they soon found out that there were some vegetables, herbs, spices, and fruit, which could cure a number of ailments. Naturally, all this was done through trial and error in the initial stages.

That is because these vegetables have a number of essential minerals and nutrients, which are necessary to keep the body healthy. So this book is going to tell you about some of the easily available vegetables, which are going to help in the curing of a large number of ailments.
