This classic of art instruction by noted British painter Adrian Hill presents a well-rounded guide to portraying beeches, elms, pines, and many other varieties of trees. Past president of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, Adrian Hill was accomplished in oil and watercolor techniques as well as etching. He wrote more than a dozen art instruction books and specialized in painting trees.
