About this ebook

More than almost any other area of law, capital markets law in particular is subject to constant and rapid change. This is partly due to the ?internationalization= and ?Europeanization= of this area of law, particularly as a result of international resolutions (e.g. IOSCO), as well as European regulations and directives. In comprehensible language, this volume introduces the reader to this exciting field of law and explains the ways in which current capital markets law works & in electronic form and using in-depth texts, illustrations, legally solved sample examinations and diagrams.
