araw² npakraming negatibo ang hating ng tengga,bibig,ilong,mata,at isipan natin..mainam ang masagana at masustansyang pagkain.ang malinis na kapaligiran at pamumuhay..parang easy lang no?! hinde hinde ganon kadale lalo na sa pmumuhay ntin.. kaya ang pinaka mabisa para maibalanse ang isip o lalu pang ikagaan at linawin ang tingin sa ting buhay..ay..pagara-lan kung pano "7i pause ang kaisipan..
