In a haunting Afrofuturistic tale, aliens resettle the remnants of humanity on planet Eleusis—where three stories intertwine in a sinister underworld of genetic engineering, trafficking, and insurgency.

Having destroyed Earth, the alien conquerors relocate the surviving humans to the planet Eleusis. In the four habitable regions—Day, Dusk, Dawn, and Night—a complex web of power struggles unfolds:

In the agrarian outskirts of Dusk, a violent warlord kidnaps a young girl, leaving her mother desperate and grieving.

In a criminal underground where children are trafficked for unknown purposes, genetically modified twin brothers search for the lost son of a human/alien couple.

In the war-torn borderlands of Night, a young woman with inhuman powers rises through the ranks of an insurgent army.

Across years and regions, their stories converge in a single confrontation that will determine the fate of humans and aliens alike. With unflinching portrayals of physical and sexual violence, Destroyer of Light weaves a dark and intricate tale that skirts the boundaries of space opera and Greek tragedy.
