Hock is hired by the son of the mayor of the city to investigate a woman who is suspected of being a threat to the political ambitions of his father. Hock quickly clears her, but in the process the mayors wife is murdered. Rehired to pursue the killer, Hock finds himself entangled with several exceptionally sexy women. Shydra, one of these, proves especially infuriating and distracting.
