We have changed our preaching so drastically that even the wicked have noticed. Indeed, there is a line of preachers and teachers who feel that we should not confront people because they may feel oppressed.
These same people think that preaching repentance will bring people guilt and the preacher's role is not to weigh down peopleís hearts. They use common arguments like, "The role of the accuser is of the devil." But I ask you: is preaching the truth accusation? Biblical preaching is of paramount importance for us to rescue the ministry of repentance in the body of Christ.
Preachers of repentance are constantly accused of being unloving and legalistic, but is that true?
