Decio Martins de Medeiros is an electronics engineer who graduated from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA) in 1975. He had a solid professional career from 1977 to 2009 at Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies in Brazil, working in the field of technical sales for testing and measurement instruments and systems. He held leadership roles, including that of CEO, and stood out for his excellence in sales, market strategies, and team development. His achievements earned him membership in two President’s Clubs in recognition of his outstanding performance.

With values deeply rooted in reliability and honesty, the author combines his analytical and creative skills to explore a wide range of interests, including chess, genealogy, theology, poetry, management, and more.
