If you have read any sales book you have already read this one too. Good principles on the basics. Whoever edited this book should be fired. The grammar was horrible with improper language throughout. Several times words such as "learnt" were used. I had a tough time writing that word right now. Spell check was ready to slap me in the face for using it.
