Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) are complex, sophisticated cyber threats that infiltrate networks with the specific aim of stealing data or compromising sensitive information over an extended period. Unlike traditional cyber attacks, which are generally opportunistic and hit-and-run in nature, APTs are characterized by their calculated approach and sustained efforts.
