Dr Craig Hight is an Associate Professor in Creative Industries at the University of Newcastle, Australia. He has expertise in documentary theory, software studies, critical data studies, audience research and human-centred design. He has a global profile in research which explores the nature of documentary culture and practice and their transformations through online, mobile, and interactive technologies.

Mario Minichiello is a Professor of Design and Creative Arts at Loughborough University. Based in Cambridge, he is an award-winning practitioner and academic. His profile can be found on LinkedIn.
