About the author
Prof. Dr. Christoph Safferling, LL.M. (LSE), ist Professor für Strafrecht, Strafprozessrecht, Internationales Strafrecht und Völkerrecht an der Philipps-Universität Marburg. Zugleich fungiert er dort als stellvertretender Direktor des Forschungs- und Dokumentationszentrums Kriegsverbrecherprozesse. 2006 erhielt er den Preis für gute Lehre des Bayerischen Wissenschaftsministers. Er ist Whitney R. Harris Fellow des Robert H. Jackson Centers in Jamestown, New York, USA.
