Santa Severina is a village of just over 2,000 inhabitants located a few kilometers from Crotone. It can be reached via the State Road 107 Silana-Crotonese E846. It is 94.6 kilometers from Cosenza and 30.5 kilometers from Crotone. To get to the village, at the crossroads, you follow a section of the old route of the State Road 107 which climbs, with a series of serpentines, towards Altilia and then, having crossed the Tràcina valley, you go up again to arrive in the historic center which is located at 326 meters above sea level. It is a village rich in history and very suggestive with an ancient atmosphere and a very welcoming population.
