Barrett is Lead of the Public Health Ethics Unit in the Office of Scientific Integrity, Office of the Associate Director for Science at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Barbara A. Ellis is Deputy Director of the Office of Science Quality, Office of the Associate Director for Science at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
