Please read the complete book for your better understanding of the subject, I would be deeply humbled if the book paves the way and helps the reader in any ways.Last but not the least; I would like to comment on some poetry as quoted in the book which has been written by our evergreen poets of centuries adds to the fact that ‘everything is connected’. When poetry meets to the solution of psychiatric disorders then it acts as a salt to the simplicity of life…..enjoy reading.

Neha Singh, is here with her second book; Bipolar Disorder….Much Unsaid!! The author I herself is very humble and simple by nature. She is a mother, wife, abacus trainer and much much more. Life is full of surprises as she believes. She lives in Lucknow with her family. Little things matter, little joys matter is her motto of life. She loves to spend time with her family.By profession she is carving herself into entrepreneur. The passion of teaching motivates and drives her in her very busy life schedule. She believes in Yoga and loves her time doing yoga. Her fitness journey is covered in her next book.Neha has pets in her home and her kids love spending time with their pets. Her whole family, including her husband is taking care of three pets; two parrots and one tortoise. Neha enjoys singing too, she has a very sweet voice and she is continuously progressing with all her skill-sets.
