Dr. Manisha Nigam

Dr. Manisha Nigam, Assistant Professor and Head of the Biochemistry Department at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttarakhand, India, brings over 20 years of research expertise and 11 years of teaching experience to the field. Her research primarily explores the role of oxidative stress in diseases like cancer and investigates natural plant-based compounds as potential therapeutic agents. Dr. Nigam completed her Master’s in Biochemistry from the esteemed Lucknow University and earned her Ph.D. at the Central Drug Research Institute, with her doctoral degree conferred by the University of Allahabad. She is a prolific author, having published numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented at both national and international forums. Dr. Nigam also contributes as a reviewer and editorial board member for various respected journals. Beyond her research and teaching, she plays a vital role in university administration, serving as the Assistant Director of the Research & Development Cell and Assistant Proctor.

Dr. Abhay Prakash Mishra

Dr. Abhay Prakash Mishra is a Senior Researcher at the Cosmetics and Natural Product Research Center (CosNat), Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand. He previously held a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa, and also at the Center for Drug Discovery Research and Development, Ain Shams University, Egypt. His current research focuses on formulating phytopharmaceuticals for anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidative activities as potential therapeutic agents. Dr. Mishra obtained his Master’s in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttarakhand, India, and earned his Ph.D. from Uttarakhand Technical University, Uttarakhand, India. He is a productive researcher, with numerous peer-reviewed articles and keynote addresses at both national and international forums to his credit. Dr. Mishra also serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for several respected journals.
