In the field of aquaculture, I observed that the front runners who are directly responsible got various background and mindset. During the conversation with them, I also observed that the perception developed is devoid of scientific logic and as it percolates, creates a lot of deviation from the original principles. Hence tried to give introspection into the subject to review the conventional ideas and tried to re-explain the science, it's logic in a simpler way. In some cases, I have mentioned the things which I experienced practically.
I shall be thankful if I can stand beside you through my explanation.

Goutam Roy is a Biochemical Engineer, with a special interest in Aquaculture and Environmental Science and rich experience of over 30 years.
After completing his B.Tech degree from The Jadavpur University, Kolkata, West Bengal, he had since been working for various industries taking up several profiles with different degrees of roles and responsibilities.
With experience in companies like Britannia, S.M. Dyechem, Bharat Starch, Clover Organic etc., he had gained a diverse understanding of the various aspects of the application of the field.
