This book has been nothing short of a wonderful journey. Everyone should read this - - women, teens, pre-teens, tweens, and even men. This is a book that offers great insight to anyone about insecurities that plague us on a daily almost minute by minute basis. Beth has a very real life approach where the language is real and a commitment to help women overcome their insecurities. Her weekly blog exercise and scheduled simulcast is the first I've ever participated in for a book and is nothing short of helping the reader empathize with others, offer insight and to grow. It uses bible scripture, real life experiences from her blogging community, a man's perspective and finally some exercises to teach you how to overcome some of your insecurities. A fascinating journey that I would love to see develop into a series for minorities, children, families, etc.

I am about 3/4 of the way through this book and I sense the changes in my perspective daily. Ms. Beth (I use her first name because I feel like we've become friends through the pages) is candid, compassionate and honest as she talks the reader through the challenges we face as we struggle to find our dignity. She defines a clear, achievable path for every (and any) woman who truly wants to know a life free from insecurity...now, I'm going back to read and learn more. Bottom line, if you're considering this book, it's the right one!

I just finished the book. There are 87 pages "dog-eared" and even more with highlights. I have cried my heart out while reading through most pages. God spoke to me loud and clear through this book!!! The prayer on p. 346 is now laminated and in my purse so I can pull it out every day and remind myself that I am clothed and strength and dignity, and the future does not scare me! Although you consider it a mess while you were writing, it was EXACTLY what this "sister" needed to hear thanks to His perfect timing!!! THANK YOU!!!
