Be Here Now (Enhanced Edition)

I bought this book from google and had the worst experience with their customer service. The Ebook was missing some pages for me, I called their customer service 3 times and no one helped me. They couldn't even tell if this issue was only with me or the book was really missing the pages. One of their representative was very rude and he said that they don't care if the book is missing pages, they will keep selling the book and refunding people when they complain because it's not their fault if the book is missing pages. WOW!!! Page 41 on words til maybe 158 or so were missing, The whole chapter. 3 phone calls and no help, in the end they refunded me. Never buying another book from google ever!!!

Unfortunately the "enhanced edition" includes none of the "brown pages" from the spiral bound / print edition. It has the text annotated from it, but not the pictures. I guess you get what you pay for on this one. I really wanted the drawings though.

Videos Doesn't have subtitles available. (Hoped to use Redeem code to get this!) Will give stars, If fixed. Good for Deaf / HOH community. Or for those who prefers use subtitles.
