This enhanced my knowledge regarding and handling negative people considerably well. There is also information about the other Rainbow Series resources that iId love to check out. Overall, very nice book.

I note that the author gives the right direction of action, but does not limit the options for achieving the goal, because the way I could understand it is not selfishness at all, but a healthy attitude to life. Since among the people bearing negative influence, there can be relatives, as well as close people, strongly connected both emotionally and energetically, which makes it difficult to get out of that circle. An essential part of the book is the construction of a correct and positive attitude to life, the motivation and aspects of progress, the development of the ability to say "no" to the negative, as well as advice on getting out of your rut, in which each of us is stuck. I recommend this quality book that gives an insight into positive thinking and changes in life priorities aimed at reaching new life levels.

I learned a great deal from this book, toxic people can really drain your energy, I experienced them first hand. It's hard to maintain positive when your around them but I realized now that it's an option to be affected or not. It's a choice if you let the negativity creep in to you. Practicing meditation to remain positive really helps with detaching yourself from toxic people.
