About the author
Axel Voss studierte Kunstgeschichte und Kommunikationsdesign in Florenz sowie Erwachsenenbildung in Kaiserslautern. Als Dozent, Referent und Seminarleiter faszinieren ihn die kulturhistorischen Hintergründen des Mythos und des Symbols. Seine Themenschwerpunkte sind u.a. Symbolforschung, vergleichende Mythologie und Religionswissenschaft, hier besonders Sakralsymbolik, antike Mysterien und der Topos des Heiligen. Er ist in der Erwachsenenbildung tätig.
