She has published numerous books, papers, and articles on autism and dyslexia including Autism: Explaining the Enigma; Autism - Mind and Brain; Autism and Asperger Syndrome; The Learning Brain: Lessons for Education (with Sarah-Jayne Blakemore); Urville (with Gilles Trehin); and Autism in History: The Case of Hugh Blair of Borgue (with Rab Houston).
