Jim Eldridge is an award-winning scriptwriter (500 scripts broadcast in the UK and internationally) and best-selling children's author (100 books published). "Assassins", featuring DCI Stark, marks Jim's entry into the world of adult crime fiction. Jim's script credits include writing and creating Radio 4's long-running comedy- drama series "King Street Junior" (100 eps over 20 years) and the classic radio sitcom "Parsley Sidings" (starring Arthur Lowe").
