Nathaniel Baxter promised to stand up with her for the first dance at her debut. He never showed up, but instead left to join the war. Kitty Stanley has never gotten over it. Now he is back. Kitty doesn’t want to see or talk with him. Nathaniel is determined to apologize and start anew. If Nathaniel’s mother, who is also Kitty’s godmother, has anything to do with it, they will have their second chance. A sweet read.

Love will find a way, and dreams of yesterdays! n A MATCH UNMASKED Erica Ridley, reunites Nathaniel and Kitty who had always loved each other but been apart for several years. At her first come out, he was suppose to dance with her, but he was called off to war and disappeared from her life. But years later, plans are afoot to reunite these two at the ball and see the joy as they come together. Simply romantic and a wonderful story! Sigh!
