Acerca del autor

Dr Ozgur Demirtas is an Associate Professor of Management at Kayseri University, Turkey. He received his MBA and PhD in Management Sciences from Erciyes University, Turkey. Having previously served as an Engineer Major in the Turkish Air Force and as production manager of a factory responsible for the manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft parts, he is the author of over 100 publications, including articles in the Journal of Business Ethics and Review of Managerial Psychology.

Dr Mustafa Karaca received his Master’s and PhD degrees from the Department of Business Administration of Erciyes University, Turkey, in 2007 and 2015, respectively. He is currently Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Anadolu University, Turkey. He is the author of the books Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Personality and Forces behind the Successful Entrepreneurship, and editor of Communication and Propaganda and Propaganda Studies in Turkish Political Life.
