The writer of this Travelogue, Mr. Madan Gopal Bali, originally belonged to a reputed family of Daryabad, India. His genius took him to UK at an early age where he worked very hard to become a Telecom Engineer.┬аHe scored high in adapting to his new student life in UK. He then worked for GEC there and spent a good 10 years in Liverpool & Coventry. Apart from being a good student, he used to be a good Cricket & Chess player,┬аa pilot, an artist, an avid music┬аlover and much┬аmore.
His first idea of coming to India was by plane. But that did not turn out to be a very practical suggestion, so he dropped it and decided to make the trip by car. He┬аchose Beetle by Volkeswagen to be his carrier to India. In the absence of a compatible partner to accompany him on his trip, he eventually started alone. On the way into this very happening and adventurous journey, he made two friends who joined him.┬а
